Father Daniel Hoehn
Class of 1976
Pastor of St. Paul the Apostle Church in Peotone
and St Patrick in Wilton Center
I was ordained in 2004 at the age of 42, having been in the farming business until I went into the seminary in 1997.
After ordination, my first assignment was as associate pastor of Sacred Heart parish in Lombard from 2004 – 2007.
It was through my association with the (then) pastor of Sacred Heart, Fr. Thomas Milota, that I became part of Woman’
s Choice Services, a Catholic pregnancy help network that helps women to choose life for their babies. I have served
as a member of the executive board since its inception in 2005.
It was at that time that I also was appointed director of Project Gabriel, a parish-based initiative that offers help to the
moms who come to Woman’s Choice Services. I was transferred to St. Mary Immaculate in Plainfield in June of
2007, again as associate pastor, and then appointed pastor of St. Paul the Apostle in Peotone and St. Patrick in
Wilton Center in June of 2009.
