In order for St. Joseph’s to keep tuition reasonable, we must rely on our tremendous fundraising efforts. The parents
who coordinate these are sacrificing a great deal of their own time so please make every effort to honor your fund-
raising commitments.

Las Vegas Night
Gets great support from the residents of Manhattan and surrounding communities.
  • Participation: Each parent 6:00 pm – 12:00pm
Las Vegas Night or set up/clean up and sell 4 tickets ($12.50 each)
  • Non-participation fee: $200/person, $250/person no-show

Manna
Manna is a program where you purchase gift cards from all types of retailers for things like food, gas, restaurants
and clothing. The retailers sell the gift cards to St. Joe’s for a discounted price. The discounted price ranges from
two to fifteen percent which becomes revenue for St. Joe’s. Each St. Joseph family is given a Manna number so you
can have family and friends purchase gift cards with that number and you’ll get credit for it!
  • Participation: $1500 in Manna during the course of one year per family
  • Non-participation: $150
  • Bonus: Over $3000 in Manna gets a tuition credit of 2%
or 1% of purchases depending on the retailer’s discount

Market Day
Market Day is a monthly fundraiser where school families, friends, and community members can order from a wide
array of food products shipped directly to our school. Workers are needed to help organize the food for pick up.
  • Participation: Two Saturdays from 8:00am-12:00pm
  • Non-participation fee: $50

Lucky Sunday
Each Family is required to sell 10 tickets.  Tickets must be sold by the first Sunday in October.  Late sales must be
paid by January 1st.  
  • Participation: 10 tickets ($35 each) per family

Lunchroom Supervision
To allow teachers a lunchtime, parents supervise the students during lunch and recess. To alleviate the burden of
volunteering for a full week, some families swap days with each other.  
  • Participation: One week of lunchroom duty approximately 11:45-12:30
  • Non-participation fee: $45
